Feature of Drum gear coupling
This type coupling have full gear coupling and half gear coupling two kinds. They all have the following feature:
- The outer tooth sleeve of the drum-tooth coupling adopts drum-tooth to ensure good meshing of gear teeth. The main parts are made of high quality steel, with hard tooth surface and high bearing capacity.
- Drum gear coupling adopts reliable lubrication structure and seals. Ensure satisfactory service life and convenient maintenance.
- The design of drum gear coupling is symmetrical and has good interchangeability. When the linear velocity is greater than 36m/s, dynamic balancing measures are taken.
- Axle hole types are Y, Z1 and J1 to meet a variety of axle hole types. The product models include GICL,GIICL,GICLZ,GIICLZ and NGCL.
- Bearing capacity of drum gear coupling is strong. With the same outer diameter, the bearing capacity of drum teeth is 15 ~ 20% higher than that of direct coupling;
- Drum gear coupling angular displacement compensation is large. When the radial displacement is equal to zero, the drum tooth increases 50% than the straight tooth. The Angle displacement of drum tooth is larger than that of straight tooth.
- The contact conditions of the inner and outer teeth of drum teeth are improved. Avoid angular displacement extrusion, improve the tooth surface friction, wear condition. Reduced noise, long service life;
- Transmission efficiency up to 99.7%.
