The pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, self-priming centrifugal pump has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, smooth operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, with strong self-priming capacity and so on.
There is no need for bottom valve in pipeline, and only need to ensure that there is quantitative oil in the pump body before work.
When used on oil tankers or water delivery ships, it can also be used as tank sweeper with good effect.
Self-priming centrifugal pump is made of high quality materials, the seal is made of hard alloy mechanical seal, durable, the pipeline does not need to install the safety valve, suction pipeline does not need to install the bottom valve, thus simplifying the pipeline system, and improve the working conditions.

CYZ-A Self-priming Centrifugal Oil Pump instructions
(I) Preparation and inspection before starting:
- The oil pumps of this series are lubricated with high-quality calcium butter and No. 10 oil respectively according to their operating conditions. If pump is lubricated with butter, the bearing box should be filled with butter regularly; if the pump is lubricated with oil, the oil level should be fully added.
- Check whether the liquid storage in the pump shell is higher than upper edge impeller. If it is insufficient, liquid storage can be directly injected into pump body from liquid filling port on pump shell.
- Check whether rotating parts of the pump are stuck or knocked against.
- Check whether bottom foot of the pump body and the nuts at connection are loose.
- Check the coaxiality or parallelism of the pump shaft and motor spindle.
- Check whether there is air leakage in the inlet pipeline. If there is air leakage, try to remove it.
- Open inlet valve, slightly (not fully) open outlet control valve.
(2) Stop the pump
- The gate valve on the discharge line must be closed first.
- Stop the pump.
- In the cold season, the liquid storage in the pump body and the water in the cooling chamber bearing body should be emptised to prevent freezing and cracking of the machine parts.
